Whenever the topic of greatest MC of all time comes up, there are certain names that always get mentioned. Beyond Tupac, Rakim, Biggie, Nas, and Jay-Z, there is an MC from the Bronx that embodies the knowledge he kicks. His rhymes, dedication to the art of Hip-Hop and socio/political change are inseparable. While he is referred to as the Blastmaster, the Teacher, and a philosopher, the king of Boom-Bap Hip-Hop is most easily known as Krs-One.
To get the chance to see the philosopher in the flesh, make sure you book your ticket as fast as possible as he will be performing at The Jazz Cafe London on Friday the 13th of July.
